By using Banajir, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Banajir is a reference tool. It shows live gold prices, analyzes jeweler quotes, lets you catalogue your personal wallet, and computes the zakat due. It is not financial, religious, or legal advice. All figures are estimates derived from public market data.

3. No warranties

Prices and analyses are provided "as is". They may differ from local-shop prices due to currency, workmanship, import fees, or market conditions. Banajir accepts no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of this information.

4. Account

You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the security of your device and Apple ID. You may delete your account and data at any time from inside the app.

5. Acceptable use

• Personal, non-commercial use.
• No attempts to access other users' data.
• No reverse engineering of the app or its backend.

6. Zakat

Zakat calculations follow the common jurisprudence (85g pure-gold nisab, 2.5% rate, completion of one lunar year of ownership). Scholars differ on details around personal-adornment gold; consult your trusted religious reference for edge cases.

7. Intellectual property

All marks, logos, and code in the app are property of Banajir.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
